Privacy Policy

Your signature never reaches us
All SignSorted tools run entirely in your browser. What you draw on the signature pad, the name you type, the fonts you try and the PNG you download are processed locally on your device. None of it is transmitted to our servers, and we have no way to view or store it.
What we don't collect
- No accounts, no signups, no email addresses required to use the tools.
- No signature images, names or drawings — ever.
- No contact forms storing personal data on this site.
What is collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and timestamps — to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We may also use privacy-friendly, aggregated analytics to understand which pages are useful; these statistics contain no data that identifies you personally.
Cookies
The tools themselves do not set cookies. Your in-progress signature exists only in your browser's memory while the page is open, and disappears when you close or reload it.
Advertising
Currently this site displays no ads. If we introduce advertising in the future (for example through Google AdSense), third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. Where required — in the EU, UK and Switzerland — you will be asked for consent before any such cookies are set, and this policy will be updated before any advertising goes live. You can learn more about how Google uses information from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.

SignSorted is a general-purpose tool and is not directed at children under 13.
